For this project, I focused on elevating the digital matchday experience by designing a new feature “Micro Highlights”. These concise, contextual insights and videos guide fans through every stage of the game — from pre-match anticipation, to in-play excitement, to post-match reflection — transforming LiveScore Bet from a traditional betting app into a dynamic second-screen companion for Premier League fans.

I gave users multiple ways to access highlights, including inline within the match feed, a dedicated list view, and contextual notifications, ensuring fans could engage with content in the way that suited them best. This approach transforms LiveScore Bet from a traditional betting app into a dynamic, second-screen companion, keeping users engaged from pre-match anticipation through live gameplay and post-match reflection.

I focused on tailoring the matchday experience in the LiveScore Bet app by designing an onboarding journey that captures user preferences. By allowing fans to personalise their favourite teams, leagues, and notification settings from the start, the app delivers a more relevant, engaging, and immersive experience throughout pre-match anticipation, live gameplay, and post-match reflection.
